These terms govern your use of animaofitaly.com and the application process for our curated journeys. The site is operated by Tati Travel S.r.l., an Italian travel agency registered in Perugia (VAT 03720110547, SCIA prot. 29231 del 17/02/2020). By submitting an application, you accept these terms.

1. What we offer

Anima of Italy is a curated 9-day journey through selected villages and countryside of Lazio, Umbria, and Marche. Each departure hosts a maximum of six guests. The experience is designed around local hosts — farmers, artisans, winemakers, chefs — and the rhythm of the season rather than a fixed sightseeing schedule.

2. The application is not a booking

Submitting the 13-question application on this site expresses interest and requests a selection slot. It does not create a travel contract. No price is due at the application stage. We review each application and reply within 48 hours. If there is a fit, we will invite you to a private preview event and, afterwards, send a written travel offer that you may freely accept or decline.

3. Travel contract

A binding booking exists only once you receive a formal written offer from Tati Travel S.r.l., confirm it in writing, and pay the deposit indicated therein. That contract — governed by the Italian Codice del Turismo (D.Lgs. 79/2011) and the Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302 — contains the complete terms on pricing, inclusions, cancellation, insurance, and force majeure, which supersede anything described on this website.

4. Indicative pricing

Any price ranges or budget brackets referenced on this site are indicative only, subject to change until confirmed in a written offer. Final pricing depends on travel dates, group composition, accommodation choices, and availability of local hosts.

5. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of submission and legally able to travel internationally. We reserve the right to decline any application without stating the reason. A decline is not a judgement of the applicant; it usually reflects group composition, pace-of-life fit, or capacity for the selected dates.

6. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information in your application. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, your contact details, or the composition of your travel party. Inaccurate information may void any subsequent offer.

7. Intellectual property

The Anima of Italy name, wordmark, typography, photography, and editorial copy are the property of Tati Travel S.r.l. or used under license. You may not reproduce, republish, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing on this website constitutes a travel offer, a contract, or advice about the suitability of a journey for your specific circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tati Travel S.r.l. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from the application process. Liability connected to an actual booking is governed by the travel contract described in Section 3.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Perugia, Italy, except where consumer-protection rules grant a different, mandatory forum.
