Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to remember information between visits. This page explains the cookies used by animaofitaly.com, why we use them, and how you can control them.

1. Your choice

On your first visit we show a banner asking for your consent. You have three choices: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or close the banner (which we treat as a refusal of non-essential cookies). You can change your mind at any time:

2. Strictly necessary (always on)

These are required to run the site. They do not require consent because without them basic features would not work.

  • Session storage (not a true cookie) — a temporary identifier and the answers you have given so far in the application quiz, so you can navigate back and forward between steps without losing progress. Cleared when you close the tab.
  • Consent preferences — a single cookie (or localStorage entry) called anima_consent that records whether you accepted or refused analytics and marketing cookies.

3. Analytics (only with consent)

Loaded only if you accept. They help us understand which pages are most useful and where the funnel can be improved. All analytics are aggregated; no individual profile is built for advertising purposes from analytics data.

  • Google Analytics 4 — provider: Google LLC. Cookies: _ga, _ga_*. Retention: up to 14 months.

4. Marketing (only with consent)

Loaded only if you accept. These help us measure the performance of the advertising campaigns that may have brought you here, and to suppress ads to users who have already applied.

  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — provider: Meta Platforms, Inc. Cookies: _fbp, fr. Retention: up to 90 days.

5. How to refuse or withdraw consent

  • Use the cookie preferences dialog at the bottom of any page (or the button above) at any time.
  • Clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. The next visit will prompt the banner again.
  • Opt out directly with the providers: Google Analytics Opt-out, Meta Ad Preferences.
